IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure you receive your pattern, please add info@customstitch.net to your spam white list.
Accepted file formats are .jpg, .tif or .tiff, .cgm, .png, .bmp, .wmf or .gif only. DO NOT send us .pdf or .doc files. We can't extract the graphic from these files. All patterns will contain the number of colors available in the graphic, up to 150. Two strands of floss are used.
SHIPPING METHODS
PDF Format - Receive your pattern within 24 hours in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, available free here: Adobe PDF Reader. Save shipping charges. Total cost $14.95.
We print - Ship by USPS First Class Mail for $6.00. Delivery in 3-7 days. Total cost $20.95
We print - Ship by USPS Priority Mail for $9.00 more. Delivery in 2-3 days. Total cost $23.95
